a poem for today, 21 June 2012

a poem for today, 21 June 2012
[a word-sorted sonnet of nine sentences and its image]
One should either be a work of art, or wear a work of art.
Only to say it is a different thing.
I want to get to know you in the context of a support group.
I am nothing but I must be everything.
The turning number is the number of smiles minus the number of frowns.
I am quite the town freak which satisfies.
To be present within my body is to be present with a howling lack.
You have to create a climate of acceptance.
In fact, it brings us so close together, we can hear each other's thoughts.
