[from the
Loss Lieder]
I doubt you could, in the time it took him to turn, a near
acquaintance, but fervor, drencher where they walked this mud's got a lot of
secrets! only fair that malfeasances are
reflected at the back of the record; he crosses a freshet and maintains
innocence near that famed overspread a crying held to wildernesses; then there
was a quiet fame asked by the slowly performance, I mean he was a
number-cruncher and fabled by the next imposters sited in a slumber-duster; all
the time it took to pester a gob of americana prose, to tape all these
magnifications (and, still we shrink); pandect in clay to harass my betters, a
new thinking rattled by trivial; he pirouetted out of the sentence and into the
landscape, managed by regret; this is the one agreement I signed: namely, a sidestep; when they returned with
the official documents, slanted roving mild as when gone……..supplication, now
in ritual motions: that we pure products
of monopoly go sad; you had to live
there to feel the millennial gabble foisted across blank siege walls harpo-happy; the outermost fling is now I amount to
something, a sack of potatoes where they calculated absolute class powder,
wallop'd good like a mammoth entirety, and if I slander, is the magnification
ready? it's a solecism, keeping live the place where I fell and the
grimace worth 10 hours' pay! all the
accolades go to the feeble, now the alternatives are offered you (as you well
know) in a table of random numbers;
that's just frippery, yes and pretty consistent too; if you do it with
"elan" the mind sinks with a swifter kick than pasquinade and remote,
and so this can be, ... the overawed
shape and the regulators.
what i am looking for now is WHO coined the term? name? and what year?
ReplyDeleteANd what does the word SCARE mean here in SCARE QUOTE, why SCARE?
