Spaltung #2 is Here!

The second issue of the APG's poetry magazine, Spaltung, is finally assembled! The magazine is in the form of a envelope containing various unattached items including a cover by Niko Vassilakis; writings by Derek Beaulieu, Christophe Casamassima, Rachel Daley, Audacia Dangereyes, Bill Friend, Jeff Harrison, Halvard Johnson, Josh May, Mark Prejsnar, ek rzepka and Hugh Tribbey; vizpo chaplets by Repugno, vizpo objects by Allison Rentz; and a CD-ROM holding a reading of Koulongo proverbs by Ouattara Yaoua Anziata & Rebecca Ashley, sound poetry by David Braden, Brian Howe and the APG, and a movie by Sandy Baldwin. Yep, it's a multimedia extravaganza.
For a copy send $5 in cash or equivalent in chattel to Spaltung, 1511 McLendon Ave., Atlanta GA 30307.

onedit (magazine review)
this webzine which comes out of London has published 8 issues so far, it includes a few reviews but is mainly about a nice clean presentation of the work. the mag's style is strikingly minimal - black text, white background, grubby typescript vibe for framing text but ultra clear presentation of the poems. & the poems! ponder just these few names poached from the contents of the 8 issues here;
Jackson Mac Low- Lisa Jarnot - Miles Champion - P. Inman - Brian Kim Stefans - Brenda Coultas - Buck Down - Michael Gizzi - Kevin Killian - Chris Vitiello - Clark Coolidge - Anselm Berrigan - Raymond Queneau - Stephen Vincent - Leslie Scalapino - Ron Padgett
& then some cool collage/book art I was not familiar with but which is worth a browse by Isabelle Pelissier (issue two)
& the work of those new to me (the editors for instance) is also solid and interesting. onedit is a magazine worth checking out.

Eclipse (an archive of many delights)
I was just introduced to this site and have been distracted by it for significant periods of time since then. it's coming out of the english department at utah.edu and archiving "the most radical small-press writing from the last quarter century." click it; Eclipse
beyond all the individual works here which are uniformly excellent the site also has the complete run of L=A=N=G=U=A=G=E magazine, Tottel's and a complete index for This magazine (uh, how about the text?). & you can download all of it in handy pdf format.
yes a "fabulous resource" but really a fucking treasure chest of amazing work, much of which i have long heard of but only seen parts or none of - things like Bernadette's Mayer's MEMORY or Clark Coolidge's ING. & better yet in some ways are the things i had never heard of at all but now i can have for my own readerly pleasure like Michael Klauke's AD INIFINITUM or Fiona Templeton's LONDON.
